Defend Federal Public Lands β Oppose Privatization.
Federal public lands β including the trails we ride β are under threat from legislation that would facilitate their sale, transfer, or privatization. Urge your federal representatives to defend these lands for future generations.
What's at Stake
The BLM Public Lands Rule, LWCF funding, and the America the Beautiful Act all affect Washington riders' access to federal trails. Cuts to land management staffing and proposals to sell public lands would permanently diminish the places we ride, hike, and recreate.

Hi, my name is [Your Name], a constituent in [Your City]. I'm calling to ask [Official Name] to defend federal public lands on three issues: First, please oppose any legislation that would sell or transfer federal lands β these are public assets that belong to all Americans. Second, please support the America the Beautiful Act to fix the maintenance backlog on our public lands and reverse staffing cuts. Third, please defend the Land and Water Conservation Fund, which protects public access to land and water across the country. As someone who uses public lands regularly, I really appreciate your attention to this. Thank you!
