Enforce Non-Motorized Trail Rules — Stop Illegal eMoto Use.

Illegal electric motorcycle use on non-motorized trails is a growing safety hazard across Washington. Inconsistent enforcement puts riders, hikers, and trail systems at risk. Ask your state legislators and local officials to prioritize enforcement.

What's at Stake

When illegal eMoto use goes unenforced, non-motorized trails become unsafe for everyone — including mountain bikers, hikers, and families. It also puts trail access at risk when land managers face pressure to close trails to all users.

Background

Washington law restricts motor vehicles on non-motorized trails, but enforcement by local police and park rangers has been inconsistent. Evergreen is asking state legislators and local public safety officials to take this issue seriously and direct resources toward consistent enforcement of existing law.
