Private lessons pair you one-on-one with a PMBI-certified Evergreen instructor. Sessions are tailored entirely to your current ability, your goals, and the terrain you ride — no curriculum, no waiting for the group, no settling for a skill level that doesn't fit.

What to Expect
A session built
around you.
Connect via email
Sessions begin with an email exchange. Your instructor will ask about your goals, current ability level, and where you like to ride — then you'll coordinate scheduling and location.
Ride and learn
Your instructor uses video analysis, demonstration, and on-trail practice to help you break through specific barriers. Sessions go deep on the details that group classes don't have time for.
Take it home
After your session you'll receive a follow-up email summarizing key takeaways, slow-motion video from the session, and links to further resources to keep your progress going.

Every Evergreen instructor holds a Professional Mountain Bike Instructor Association (PMBIA) Level 1 or Level 2 certification. They're riders first — local to their chapters, familiar with the terrain, and passionate about helping others progress.
With over 100 certified instructors statewide, we have coaches available across all 10 chapters — from the Methow to Bellingham to Spokane to the South Sound.
