We are a community-led organization, powered by the riders who volunteer their time and vision. Our statewide and local volunteer boards set the direction, advocate for access, and identify where new trails are needed. But when it comes time to execute, our dedicated paid staff backs that vision up.
From our trail directors and staff trail crew to our finance, operations, and education managers, our professional team has the expertise to translate every dollar you invest efficiently into dirt, progression, and sustainable access.

Execution & Operations.
Executing large-scale trail builds and statewide education programs requires full-time, specialized expertise. Our paid staff handles the heavy lifting.
Executive Leadership
Executive Director
Bridges the gap between the volunteer board's vision and the daily operations of our specialized staff.
The Dirt
Operating like a professional contractor, our Trails Director oversees project scopes and budgets. They manage the Trail Program Managers, who in turn lead our on-site Trail Builders who put shovels, machinery, and volunteers to work and safely execute the build.

The Runway
Trail building requires serious capital and air-tight accounting. Our Development and Finance Directors manage fundraising, community campaigns, payroll, and the strict financial oversight required of a top-tier nonprofit.
